We are Wenceslaus Mertens and Hilbrand De Vuyst, two friends who met many years ago. At that point, each of us had already managed a whole number of restorations. The photo’s in our gallery of our projects realised tell their own tale. Every one is a testimony of a driven and respectful use of old techniques. We would like to share with you our passion for craftsmanship and for wood-fired ovens in particular.
